The Swan Lake - taken at Nene park near Peterborough. Fetched our son from Stansted yesterday evening. I was in the car park for no more than 15minutes and it cost me £2.80. I wish I owned an airport car park, it's a license to print money !

Morning everyone
Was so disappointed when i woke up this morning, i thought it was saturday and was planning what to wear to go out for the day.
Oh well it is nearly the weekend. Another lovely day the sun is shining hopefully it will be nice for the weekend.

Good morning Alan and Shirley and all who follow. No sunshine up here.... just dull dull dull My sister from Clacton just phoned and said the sun is shining and is going to be like that for the weekend. Poor Bonnie will hate it especially as she's started to scratch again Planning to leave here at 6am in the morning, does that time really exist!! and hope to get there in time for lunch. Got a couple of dogs to deal with today and Sasha is going to the cattery enroute in 45 mins!

Pleased to hear that you are feeling a bit better Meg and Mags I hope your back is on the mend.

Good morning all, another sunny day here - I am beginning to feel a little guilty about our good weather! Though it hasn't warmed up yet today .
Weekly shopping was delivered and is put away. Now got to go and buy a lawn sprinkler, our two old ones which we haven't needed this year, are broken and the garden is very dry

Good Morning Everyone Dull, dreich and windy so far. Yesterday was a complete wash out! Hope it clears up a bit better today. Leaves are stating to fall from the trees as well. No nice Autumn colours on them up here! Too much rain! The gardens are sodden thu'!!

Good morning all, a great day over here plenty of sunshine heading my way. Nice to see everyone happy, doesn't a bit of sun work wonders. I'll be taking it easy again today.

All the nice pictures today, well here's a portrait of a cow, you don't see many of them, all the respectable artists avoided them like the plague, it was impossible to get one to sit for you that could be another reason. fine specimen she is too, wonder if it was taken on her birthday?.

A belated good morning fellow members.

What a morning , I was just getting up when I got a message from my DIL to say baby Hannah had fallen downstairs and the ambulance was on its way and could I get there quickly.
So I have spent the morning looking after the twins.
Baby Hannah is ok thank goodness just a bit bruised with a bloody nose .

Hope to do some jobs in the garden this afternoon to take advantage of the lovely weather.

Back from a lovely few days down Cambridge way this morning, and have spent most of the afternoon picking berries from the garden..
