New Camera

The Latest is the TZ30 ..it has GPS for Geo Tagging ...The TZ27 is exactly the same except it doesn't have the GPS function.It knocks spots off my old Samsung .I used to have a Samsung with that GPS but it was a bit of Mega pain ...Unfortunately my wife dropped it one day so i got the alternative without the GPS , but that failed after 10 months , I sent it back for repair to samsung when it came back it had pieces of dirt and dust in the screen...and as they didn't repair it within 28 days the shop gave me a full refund so i paid a bit extra and got the Lumix ...so far its been a good buy ....

Still playing with it ..hopefully i will get something worth showing one day so far I have found the panoramic setting and the night setting ...I was looking for a long shutter function so i could leave it for several minutes to try and get some lightning or shooting star shots, but i have not found that yet .....plus it is such a new model there is not of on line forum tips yet ...prob have to contact a Panasonic agent or support ....

The photos are great, Steve. I use a Panasonic Lumix TZ19. It's my second Lumix and I wouldn't use any other camera now. They take such fabulous pictures. I've not been abroad since I've been using the Lumix, but I hope to again some day. This one from Oxford. I go there a lot and enjoy visiting the colleges.
