New thread for joyce.

Morning playmates.............I thought I would start a new thread as the present one is rather full.

Just getting ready to go to the hossie where I go every day and stay all day till 8pm.
The nurses give me a few meals during the day. Joyce`s son comes for a few hours so that I have a break.

I talk non stop to her and sing some little songs that we used to sing at bedtime.

I try to get her to take a sip of water,or take a little yoghurt but they just run out of her mouth.....

The nurses turn her every few hours.

I am absolutely shattered and fall asleep at her bedside holding her hand......She cant speak but grips my hand tight.

Its lovely for Joyce that you are there and she will enjoy the singing,have you thought of reading to her, she may like that. Glad the nurses are looking after you, take care Annie.
