You are right, Swan Lake is a beautiful ballet, and you don't need to like ballet to enjoy. I have played this ballet as a musician in the "pit" many times and never get bored with it.

Well I love ballet and I've just managed to shut my mouth as I was totally gob-smacked at that.

Not only was the performance a mixture of ballet and acrobatics, but when she was standing on point on his shoulders, that was when my gob dropped open then, when she went up on point on his head - oh my stars! It takes years to learn how to stand on point on the ground, never mind on somebody's head.

Abso-bloomin'-lutely brilliant!
