Breakfast.

Everyone says what they have for lunch or evening meal. What about breakfast?
I almost always have a bowl of Allbran with a sliced banana. I started to eat Allbran because of a bowel problem. I hated it at first but now I love it.

Re: Breakfast.

I often neglect to have breakfast, and just have a drink and a piece of fruit or a yoghurt. I don't feel hungry until about 11.00am and I usually eat "proper" round about 12.00 noon. I can then have my "breakfast" cereals, or an egg, or toast, or a sandwich of some sort. I never eat a "full English" breakfast.
I perhaps don't feel hungry because my "main" meal is always at about 6.00pm or when the grandchildren have gone home and I can have something to eat in peace and quiet.

Re: Breakfast.

I don't like eating before mid-day either. By then I've had a cup of tea and probably about three glasses of cold milk. I did force down porridge for breakfast for a month or so but that's gone by the wayside. So will have some fruit and cereals around lunch time.

I also eat breakfast, Bran Flakes, for the Bowel and occasionally a slice of toast. No Lunch but a cooked meal at night.Joe has cereal and crumpets and saves two pieces for Phoebe, he eats a snack at lunchtime and eats a cooked meal at night.
