Is this waste?

I never noticed before but there are 15 houses, 39 people, 42 cars, two Motor homes and three caravans living on the Avenue where we live. The cars, apart from three, live outside rusting away as do the motor homes and caravans, two of the caravans never move.

Waste or no value of money!!!!

Sounds like a good clean up is needed down your way. Waste in my opinion.

I'm sure it's not but you make it sound like a hillbilly's backyard. Yes a waste if they are not being used, but a little more friendly to the environment.
