Joyce looks very content and I have no doubt this is down to your love and care .My Step Mother had Alzheimer's, it was touching to see the way Dad cared for her . She couldn't be left alone for long or would try to do things for herself like making a cup of tea by putting the electric kettle on the cooker and turning all the knobs on
. She was very hard work in fact I would say it was similar to dealing with a small child.When you love someone nothing is too much trouble and Dad loved her.
I am sure it is the same for you James and years of shared love help you through the bad days xx
