Cherry Blossom Time

I'm lucky I took time today to capture the cherry blossoms today as the petals are just starting to drop from the trees. Between these and the dogwoods we're greeted to sweet smelling Spring breezes.

The city lined the islands between road directions across from my apartment. They are just now dropping a few petals. I love this area for its beauty.

It does sound beautiful, our roads here look like you're driving through a concrete jungle! Away from the towns and cities though the countryside is beautiful.

Oregon has more cherry trees than any other state in the U.S.. We also have white blossom dogwoods blooming right now.

Beautiful! My daughter recently sent me several pics from Vancouver where they have lots of cherry blossoms too. How lovely to wake up to!
