ITV Player

I use this quite a lot, but today I'm unable to access it because of this. Anybody got any ideas?

One of 3 things Mollie.

1. Do you click on a bookmark or do you search for the site. You may have clicked on a bogus site if it's not a bookmark.

2. Your AVG may have updated and is throwing up a false positive.

3. Someone may have hacked the site. (this one is doubtful)

1. The site is in My Favourites.

2. Yes, I thought about that, but it's not letting me by-pass it.

3. That is doubtful.

I can't send the link because, if you look at the blue bar at the top of the screen-shot it says avg.com.widgets etc, so it's not showing the ITV Player link.

Hmmm. I think I'll try deleting it out of My Favourites and try again from t'internet. What do you think?

A t'internet try sounds fave to me.

ETA. after your last post, a 4th has occurred to me. Maybe your bookmark is corrupted for some reason. Time to run malwarebytes if that's the case.

Yes, thanks for the advice. As soon as it happened I ran AVG and all was well, and I only ran Superantispyware yesterday and that was fine, but look at this.



I accessed other things on the internet not related to ITV Player, and all seems fine. However, I'm going to run Superantispyware again, just to see if there's owt amiss.
