Amazingly I never need cheering up, I am always happy, I even get out of bed first thing in the morning with a song.
Whereas her indoors is half asleep for an hour, but never grumpy, just quiet.

What makes me Happy If I'm feeling really down I usually go along to the Reef at East Thurso and watch the Younger Ones Surfing on the Massive Waves, That always cheers me up. There's just something about sitting on the big rock under the Castle while the waves crash up to you.

I am happy most of the time and rarely feel 'down'.
Having got though a lifetime of disasters and sadness I have found a kind of peace and can at last appreciate and enjoy each day.
