Patrick's Saturday

Good morning everyone especially our Irish contingent.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TCueMl54FdQ

At the begining of the week the weather men said that we would have warm weather, I would love to know where it went, the thermometer has struggled to reach double figures all week. It is dull, cold and wet with mother natures creatures looking thoroughly fed up.
We did see a strange thing this morning, something I have never seen before, there were thre, yes three Robins all eating the same pile of food, as they are a territorial birds that is unusual.

Plans for today are painting the new front garden fence, as it is not good weather I will leavie it for another day. We are instead going to do a sping clean of the attics, as it is very cold in there we have decided to look for other things to do which should take us up to lunchtime when we will depart for some local establishment, on returning we have decided to relax after all the hard work we did in the morning.

Have a great day everyone, remember,

Re: Patrick's Saturday

(Can't remember where I took that photo - think it was near Skipness or the Cairngorms!!)

Good Morning Bob and Everyone It is lovely a sunny at the moment up here, which makes a lovely change from our usual damp and dreich weather here!!!

Happy St Patrick's Day! I am down memory lane at the moment - all thanks to Bob's lovely clips of Ruby Murray, she was a great favourite in here and I have a lot of her records (inherrited from my late big brother) I used to go over to Dublin with my big brother and his friends for St Patrick's Day to drown the shamrock! Loved it and there would be a party in our friend's house until the wee sma' hours Ah memories, eh?

Have a lovely Saturday, whatever you do!

Take care and stay safe

Re: Patrick's Saturday

Good morning all and a happy Paddys day to you. The Wife and me are off to see the big parade then into some quiet pub (If I can find one on the day that's in it) for something to eat and drink.

I found this little fella under me hat this morning, he reminded me that everybody gets ONE wish free on St. Patrick's Day, so don't forget to make yours!.
Take care folks.

Good afternoon everyone
Happy St Patrick Day to all out Irish friends here..... hope the day is good for you!

Fleeting visits from me this weekend as I have visitors.

Re: Patrick's Saturday

Good evening to all. I'm really late today as we've been shopping, cooking and cleaning ready for the family visiting tomorrow. I love to see them all, but it's like being visited by locusts the way that they devour everything in sight...

Hope everyone had a good day and the poorly are feeling much better Meg...

Barry
