Re: Relaxation

I check them all as it depends on my mood or the weather or the time of day to what I do. Not much of help.

Re: Relaxation

I am most relaxed when I don't have to concentrate, so the only items on the list for me are walking and music, my favourite method is sitting in a comfortable pub with a pint of Guinness in front of me...total relaxation.

Re: Relaxation

Kath, tropical fish ........ I should have added that onto my list. My grandad kept them, so did Dad, my first husband and now my son has them. Watching them must be one of the most relaxing pastimes around.
