Friday's chat Fred

Morning. A pink sky but rain forecast for later. The weather maps seemed to show us in a bit of a 'protected area' with rain all around, so we'll have to see how accurate they are.
Farmers Market today, though I don't think I'll make it. Felt good yesterday, D and I set out to try our 'routine walk' (first time in a fortnight) but we only did about a quarter. Got to the bottom of the hill, turned the corner to go up to the woods ... and I wimped out. Much of it is in the mind, I'm sure, but the prospect of being stranded and unable to move is too scarey.
OH back tonight ... out for a curry or pizza or whatever, methinks.
Have a good day

Morning all

Its a bit dismal here weather wise. I have developed a horrible sore throat and I think I am going down with something I am working this afternoon and walking the dogs this morning, pretty much the same as yesterday! Roll on end of the month when we change to our winter opening hours!

Have a good day everyone

Re: Friday's chat Fred

Morning OFFers it is cold and grey here this morning..

My car is going for its MOT this morning, its 17 years old and not in the best of health but I can't afford to replace it so I have my fingers and toes crossed it scrapes through without vast expense.
There isn't really any public transport where I live, the nearest bus stops two miles away so a car really is a necessity..

Have a pleasant day all..
