Re: Carnival time in Spain

We love the fiesta processions and go to as many as we can. They are always colourful, noisy and great fun. The costumes are amazing, the dance routines are excellent, but how on earth those girls manage to walk miles up and down streets stopping to do their dance routines every few yards in those very high heels I don't know. The little tots in the procession obviously have a great time, although the procession didn't begin until well after 10 p.m. and lasts 2/3 hours, we got home at 2 a.m., who needs early nights? !

What a fantastic time everyone must have had. The ice queen is amazing but it's the little ones that make you smile isn't it? So glad you took some photos, thanks.

Oh wow - great photos and a great time had by the looks of things Loretta. I would have liked to see the lady dressed up as Pegasus moving.
