Hi all & Plantman .....In my book it went reasonably well ...they seemed pleased with my answers to their questions.....However i was at a slight dis-advantage as the type of business was all new to me, although i had the basic skills and aptitude to adapt....however if a younger more experienced wizz kid is interviewed for the position logic says he should get it ...so i will have to wait and see.....

Very best of luck, Steve. Let us know how you went on. Don't forget, a younger person isn't always what a company is looking for and an older person, even one who has less experience, could be perceived as being someone who would settle and learn quickly.
