Thanks Mags Yes, I thought it might be about fraud. You hear so much of it lately. We once thought about purchasing a holiday home abroad a few years back, but that's as far as it got. More trouble than what they're worth, I reckon.

my mother farther in law wet i a time share in spian a villa
they never used it and lost a lot of monny I would never do that

That's awful but unfortunately so common these days. It just shows that you need to be so careful when parting with money and you probably should run your own checks on people and their companies before parting with your hard earned cash!
