Only in Scottish, and with a few swearwords popped in for good measure!)
I didn't realise there was a translation website English to Scottish: "Dè a tha thu a 'gàire? A bheil thu a' gàireachdainn orm?" Would that be about right? (I've left out any swear words.)
Number 4 – I would take issue with as things often do get so much worse, unless of course that refers to the saying 'things usually get worse before they get better'?
Number 9 – some people do take exception to another smiling at them so I don't do this. Just a polite "good morning" or "good afternoon" usually seems to suffice.
Number 12 – just one comment which is "look at the first line of my signature below".
