Today since I had open heart surgarry
and I have done 9 600 steps so far in 7 hours
going to see the surgan tomorow and the cardolgist thursday
walked upthe hill to my home without getting out of breath today I can even run this morring around my living room down the hall intothe dinning room and back agean sevral times
not been talking pian kilers now in over 2 half weeks

That`s great Pixie ,don`t overdo it though .I think your positive attitude as helped speed your recovery .Take care .

That's great news Pixie I was sitting watching QVC earlier selling Zumba CD's, they were giving demonstrations and it looked really good....... that's as far as it went.

You are doing really well, but don't try to do too much at once
