Morning everyone, still blowy here with a fair old chill, and more rain forecast for later, roll on spring...

We are travelling to Derby today to see Rosemary's brother for lunch which will make a nice change and a change of scenery, shame the weather wasn't better really.

Good morning everybody.

I'm off to town first thing to grab a haircut at the Easy Barbers. It's a no frills salon where you don't need an appointment - you just walk in & wait your turn. It's cheaper too & they make a good job of it!

After the hair cut It's straight home to do some potting in my greenhouse.

Later, we're going a walk to school with Ady & Paula to meet Josh & spend time on the park with him.

Brrr - it's so cold though - maybe we'll skip the park.

Yep, that was a fair ole cold n windy day yesterday! For our last toilet outing I only took Holly just outside, but we still got a bit wet. She has fortunately managed to go through the night without wanting a middle of the night garden visit, but I will get her out shortly, before the rain appears.

Good morning everybody an yet another grey and chilly start to a day.

I've a mixed week ahead of me including a dentist visit on Thursday, the first in a while so Summer my thoughts will be with you.

It has been raining most of the day, not particularly heavily but it was needed because it hasn't rained since the beginning of last month.

Visited my doctor this morning and got what he described as, "The best flu vaccine in the world" so now I am 70% protected against Covid and 50% protected against the flu (something like that).

Delved into my box of useful bits to find a LED and some resistors for a project in my camper, can't find a switch so it looks like a trip to Jaycar later in the week.

Morning all, nice bright, sunny start to the day, but God I wish the weather would warm up - it feels more like February than May! This time last year we were all in short sleeves and out in the garden.

Boiler service today. And yes, that's something I definitely don't want breaking down with the current arctic winds!
