A Sunday of peace

Good morning everyone

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=men-0...eature=related

Wet, cold and very windy today with none of mother natures creatures venturing out to welcome us on our walk.

The farm was all in darkness and only moaning minnie was breaking an errie silence.

Plans for today are packing a bag for a few days away at a health spa after lunch with some friends.

Eileen, my thoughts are with you
Never be apart fot you touched my heart

Have a great time and remember

Good morning AB and everyone else It is eerily quiet here too as I type. Weather is windy but dry. Who is moaning minnie AB?

Enjoy your few days at the health spa......that's one place I've never been too.

Enjoy your day everyone and Eileen, if you happen to be reading, hope you get better soon.

Re: A Sunday of peace

A very good morning to all and sundry on this wild and windy morning in the forest..

We're expecting youngest daughter and tribe over for lunch so the dogs have been walked already and Mrs PM is trying out a new recipe for the occasion that she saw on the tele...cassoulet by The Fabulous Baker Boys? Should be interesting, however it turns out....

Have a relaxing few days away Bob, I've never been to a health spa either, might have to try it sometime...

Have a good day everyone, whatever you have planned.

'morning Bob, Carmen, Barry and all followers

More snow during the night, so it's up to about six inches now but the dogs seem to love it. Will have to get down to gate 2 soon and dig a gap to get the car through. (The snow plough sweeps all the snow up to about two foot high)

Hope you all have a good and restful day.

Good Morning Bob and All Bright outlook so far but during the night the wind and rain kept me awake! Yet again, our wheelie bins blown about - and they are kept in their shelter!! The wind isn't as high at the moment. A wee bit cold out but pleasant!

Thanks for the clips, Bob! Good ones as always.

Take care all and enjoy your Sunday whatever you do.

Re: A Sunday of peace

Good morning fellow members a dry breezy morning more like March than January .

A new batch of fresh yeast arrived so I am surrounded by bubbling dough . I can combine bread making with the ironing so should get lots done today.

I will be thinking of our dear friend Eileen and sending her healing thoughts.

Have a pleasant day everyone...

Re: A Sunday of peace

Good morning everyone, its a lovely day so far with a mixture of sunshine and clouds and quite windy. We enjoyed our walk on the marsh this morning and the tide was coming in at great speed probably helped along by the wind.

Nothing special planned for the day so hoping to finish off sorting and filing my paperwork which I started yesterday.

Enjoy your few days away AB and Losos I hope you manage to get your car out!

Still sending healing thoughts to Eileen.

Enjoy your day

Re: A Sunday of peace

Good afternoon all, a bit cold but still a lovely day here. The two grandsons were collected by the parents and dragged protesting up to the Zoo again, "You need the fresh air boys", states their Mother, how many times have I heard that when I was a Boy., still, you have to be cruel to be kind, but my Daughter is certainly getting her money's worth from the family pass, even if the kids are sick to death looking at monkeys..
Have a good time at the Spa AB.
Miss you badly Eileen.
Take care everyone.

Re: A Sunday of peace

Good morning all. The word rain gets used in forecasts a lot these days. Rain, followed by showers turning to rain later in the day. Chance of precipitation, 100%. Something like that!

I must attack my kitchen as I've been exceedingly lazy the last few days. I got out for a bit yesterday morning but will probably hibernate today. I've seen rain. Have a great day all.

Yeah, a bit of time has passed since starting this post. My kitchen and all the dishes are clean & put away.. Let's see how long I can keep it that way.
