Night time nibblers.

We never used to nibble after dinner but now it's every night!

We have dinner at 7.00pm and from 9.00pm onwards we start to nibble.

Tonight I've had 6 Ritz crackers & half a bar of chocolate. It's similar every night & it almost always involves chocolate!!

Do you nibble in the evening?

You nailed it there. If anything it's Ritz or Sakata Seaweed crackers and some smokey cheese, gherkins etc. Never anything sweet.

We eat dinner earlier in the day, so usually have a bit of toast or something later. Not anything chocolatey though...maybe a yoghurt but that's rare.

To be honest I dont nibble as I wont keep anything tempting in the house . On the very odd occasion because I eat my main meal at lunchtime I may have a few crackers and cheese or celery and tomatoes cut up but I dare not buy crisps or chocolate as i will constantly be at them

No nibbling here either, we have a light tea at 5 and nothing else until next morning.

Actually I've never really understood why people continue to eat a large evening meal, particularly after they've retired, when it is so much healthier to eat the main meal earlier in the day.

On dear, I have also started nibbling....only because I bought some nibbles for my son,as he’s been staying here for a week...so I’ve started nibbling his nibbles!...

I also eat late....exercise a lot and so far as fit as a fiddle...

Old habits die hard...I have always eaten late, it has never affected my health.
What suits you...isn’t necessarily going to suit another...regardless of it being healthier...people make up their own minds...we don’t all follow what is written..our fault if it backfires on us.
Race you to the end of the road!..
