AIUI they were hardly used anyway even during the times of greatest need.
No doubt we will soon see somebody demanding an enquiry into how much these Nightingale hospitals have cost, again ignoring the fact that not only will any enquiry be hugely costly itself but that the only people who benefit are those running the enquiry.
