Here are my six. I'd love to know yours.


Joan Collins - She would have some interesting stories to tell.

Jane McDonald - I like her friendly down to earth personality.

Angela Rippon - She can do gymnastics at her age - I want to know how she does it.

Tom Jones - I want to know how his wife put up with his many affairs and if he'd really slept with 1,000 women.

Chris Tarrant - because I loved the way he used to hug & cuddle the contestants on millionaire & get really excited for them.

Joe McFadden - because he's gorgeous!

Clough Williams Ellis because his architecture has brought immense pleasure to millions, including me.

Tom Conti because he's an actor that I've long admired and I share his political views.

Julian Clary because he makes me laugh and I admire him.

Jacinda Ardern because she's one of the strongest and fairest leaders in the world today.

John Simpson because the stories he has to tell of his role as war correspondent must be sobering, but awesome.

Lynsey Addiaro because she's was a fantastic photographer who captured scenes never seen before, and I want to know how she gained her subjects confidence and trust.

I'd quite like to invite The Queen, get her a bit tiddly and discover the real woman behind the impassive exterior.

Victoria Beckham, just so I could force a huge meal down her throat.

Putin - surely the man is capable of laughing? I'm assuming he understands English.

Bob Monkhouse would have been interesting too.

And, I know it's a well-worn cliche but I really would like to chat to Jesus.

I'd invite 6 Ladies from this Forum.

Not fair to name them, but two of them are Mods!

We could have a great time telling anecdotes!

They're all, apparently, Teetotallers, so I'd be forced to sup their wine.

Also, they'd all eat sparingly, because Ladies do diets, and I'd be free to grab all of the desserts!

I thought the same, at first, and then I realised that there's much more dosh left in the food budget now, loads of Diet Cokes & Ice creams in the fridge, the toilets are always flushed (lid up or down) and there are no sticky hand prints on the windows!

Things will change after lockdown, I might have to visit them instead of them coming here!

Morticia Addams - to help with the dishes
The Hound (GoT) - No leftovers with him!
