Yes, easily, as a bricklayer you very often had to bend to the floor and sometimes even below it, and luckily I can still do that..

Yes I can .

A friend taught me to just hang down and gently go forward , then stand up and again bend forward and allow the body to go down again after the third time you'll find you may be able to actually touch yoes
