The guy in the first pic ,said he loves the attention, I saw him before he got tattooed,imo, he was a gorgeous looking young man.

I don’t understand all of the modifications, the pain must be horrendous .

Each of these two girls said that they suffered with severe depression and bullying,Cinderella...the girl that looks like she has a small plate in her bottom lip, that has been stretched , also those great big holes in her ears, they will never look natural again will they,as you say permanently disfigured,I find it sad.

When I first saw a young man with ear lobe stretched on bus I could not stop staring, horrified, he looked monstrous.

Thankfully threw up after getting off the bus. My fault should not have asked how it was done.

Extreme thing to do they are emotionally fragile.
