Lovely Surprise.

Hi

I have just had an unexpected visit from a Charity.

They help me with my PTSD.

A lovely chat and a gift bag.

Birthday and Christmas Card.

A digital organiser in a leather case, posh socks, shower gel, lip balm, expensive toothpaste, white chocolate coins, a satsuma and a dozen posh chocolates.

Everything donated to them for people like me.

I am a happy womble.

It is lovely that we have people like that.

Hi

My Funeral is arranged, cheap as chips cremation with nobody there.

I came into this world unremarked, I intend to leave it the same way.

I would rather the money go to my son to spend as he pleases.

No headstone or plaque, I just cease to exist.

Nobody noticed my arrival in the grand scheme of things, I go out in the same way.

I will not be missed, time moves on.

Hi

Not really.

In 1989 I was seriously injured at work.

In 1991 I was Medically Discharged after appeals to keep on working.

Medical Evidence was that I would not walk or work again.

I did both, spent years on crutches.

I was subsequently injured again and in 2001 had a massive heart attack and a quadruple by pass.

Back to work again and then took early retirement when May was in Charge.

I am where I am, naff all I can do about, time has taken it's toll.

My quadruple bypass has failed

I have only one coronary artery left and unstable angina.

My condition is inoperable.

I am not a harbinger of doom, I am a scientist and accept what the medics say.

I have no intention at all of giving up, but I am getting tired now.

Re: Lovely Surprise.

That was nice of them Swimmy.

But please; I have pointed this out to you before but calling yourself a "womble" in this day and age is ill-advised.
