Since everything is virtual nowadays, select a member to receive a virtual gift. It could be any cheap/dummy/silly/naughty gift but you’ve got to explain in the thread why you’re awarding said member with that particular gift.

Had a feeling that it might be complex. Ah well, I gave it a shot. I came up with this game for my teams virtual year end function.
We did a Mad Hatters theme and selected virtual gifts for each other with a reason for the gift. It was a blast and not so complex since it was done via Microsoft Teams
Of course, I sent my boss a real gift

Same here. Apart from the luvvy dovvy pressies, some may be inclined to proffer contentious or acerbic ones, which might cause friction and disharmony.

For example, I could give Pauline a copy of Dawkins' "The God Delusion" to help her unsee the light
