Good morning Monday

Good morning all, frezing fog here at the moment but forecast to clear by lunchtime and warm up to 3deg, what joy...

The weekly foodshop at Tesco first thing while it's quiet then, after walking the dogs, I'll be making pie and mash for lunch. No other plans as yet, but I do find one I doubt it will involve anything outside, brrr....

Nothing much planned for me either except I'm hoping to get an emergency appointment with the dentist's...the temporary work I had done has cracked....a bit like me really

Going to decorate a Christmas cake later if I feel up to it.

I've got to take the carpet cleaner back to the hire shop this morning - after that - no plans for today - probably do a lot of organising the drawers & cupboards I haven't already done..

It's raining here again - no hope of doing anything outside.

Barry you sound quite handy in the kitchen - do you make your own pastry?

I was up early and sprayed Roundup along my fence line before the wind got up. Actually the wind wasn't too bad in the end so it was a warm, sunny summers day and got up to about 30'. At 7.30pm it is still 25'

Put my Christmas lights up on my screen door - better late than never.

Didn't go on my walk this arvo because it was just too warm, I think it is time to change to getting up early for my walk now that summer is here.

According to the news there is a cool change coming up the coast, it's at Jervis Bay at the moment so it should reach here this evening, which will be nice.

Morning Carol yes, I am quite handy in the kitchen and love cooking, I have done since I was a child when I had to cook for the family as I was first in the house after school with both parents out at work, and again yes, I always make my own pastry which personally I think is quite tasty .

Good morning all. Freezing, frosty and foggy, and another outbreak of Bird Flu - what more could we want!

I have written all my cards and posted them now, so just the local ones to deliver over the next few days.
A few presents to finish, then housework and the dreaded ironing, then once my car's defrosted, a quick trip to the vets to drop off a card plus a big tin of shortbreads for all the lovely staff.

Mind how you go all, with these icy pacements.

Good morning all fog is slowly clearing, very cold 1°C.....

No plans as such, may make some mince pies for the freezer.

Good morning everyone freezing fog here...

Lots of little jobs to do today including darning a jumper.
I always get holes in the same place on the arms where I push the sleeves up .
