I enjoyed my dinner yesterday, turkey, ham, roasted potatoes and veggies - all from M&S all ready to roast they were! Loki and I had a ball!! PJ and Soochie shared the roasted pts and veggies!!

Take care.

Re: Good Morning Boxing Day

Happy Boxing Day everyone... Hope all of you ill people feel better soon....

Smashing walk through the forest earlier to blow the cobwebs away, really warm this morning at a balmy 13 deg.C....

Off to Retford shortly to have lunch with Mrs PM's sister and family, so another full lunch with trimmings to wade through...life can be such a struggle....

Have a great day all and hey, let's take care of one another....

Good morning Rose, AC, Barry, Jean, everyone else of course.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c6pmzov_TyM

The christmas night session went on until after 4:00am and we are just back from our morning walk which was unusual as it was lighter than normal at this time of year. lol

Lots of eveidence of Christmas with loads of rubbish lying around and one poor creature of mother earth came to a violent end as lots of feathers were on the ground but no carcass. It is fine very windy and unusually warm for this time of the year.

Rosemary I am pleased to hear that your family enjoy Christmas, Loki in particular because of his recent spell of being under the weather so to speak.

Have a great boxing day and try not to eat as much, I know I am going to try really hard to give my stomach an easier time today. Nothing planned except to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet after yesterdays noise infestive merriments.

A very good morning fellow members .It is a sunny morning with a brisk wind an ideal day for a good walk .

Not much planned for today except cleaning the cooker, I can't stand a dirty oven Then lunch which I am looking forward to having regained a bit of smell and taste.

Have an enjoyable day whatever you are doing..

Re: Good Morning Boxing Day

Good morning all, it' St. Stephen's Day over here, Boxing Day in the UK, wonder what it's called in other Countries?. We had a great time yesterday and that tiny turkey managed to feed 8 people at dinner. Young Sean sneaked into the kitchen and had a turkey sandwich this morning. Today I relax and watch the horse racing on TV.
Enjoy the holidays Folks

Good morning to all on a bright and sunny morning here in the SW.

I hope everyone enjoyed Christmas Day and there aren't too many hangovers this morning. I feel like I had eaten enough for two days yesterday!

Today will be a restful day for me ..... I definitely won't be one of the masses who will be out fighting their way through the Boxing Day Sales

Enjoy your day!

Over here it's called 'First working day of the week' The Czech people haven't yet cottoned on to the 'day in lieu' mentality

Re: Good Morning Boxing Day

Good afternoon to you all, hope you have a good Boxing Day

Its very blowy here but still very mild so saving a fortune on heating The wind is also drying up the squelchy lawn which I am very pleased about considering how much walking I have to do on it with my elderly springer

Plans for today are sorting out stuff for trip South tomorrow, having a tidy up as neighbour is coming in to see to Sasha, oh and I mustn't forget to wrap family Christmas pressies!! Oh I must must remember to wash the car as well.

Enjoy the day with whatever you are doing
