Macaroni Cheese for grown ups....

I was asked to post this recipe by dandysmom. I must admit that it's a favourite of ours, after discovering it by chance a few years ago. My wife and I do a little work for a web site called Laterlife, and we actually used this recipe on the Everyday Cooking section last month, so being an idle so and so I will just give a link to that, to save writing it out all over again...

I meant to add that this dish freezes beautifully, so any spare isn't wasted, in fact we think it is even better after re-heating....

It does look nice doesn't it , just needs a green salad and some French bread .
