Grenfell lnquiry result??

Sorry to keep bringing this subject up, but although the report
has apparently been labelled ' Damning ' it has not yet been
released??
So we have no idea who has been damned or what the findings
were?
Why have the findings been held up?
Are the results bing massaged for some reason?

Not because of the virus surely?
I wish l could remember where? But last week l spotted a headline
that said damning grenfell report held up?
Perhaps thats what they meant?
Whatever it is, it is disgraceful!!

I doubt there'll ever be a single root cause identified. IMO it comes down to systematic failure by everybody involved.
