Late Bloomer

I love the plants of Autumn. You see the most diverse color combination in the Fall. This bright little flower stood out amongst all the rest. In the second photo can you see the "Creature In The Leaves"?

Yes Bob what is it lurking in there, went to Carlisle today and the colour of the leaves were brilliant but of course I didnt take my camera.

So pretty Bob. Shot with a tripod? What ISO, lens, aperture and speed?

D7000, 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 VRII, F/5.6 at 1/250" handheld.
