Good morning all, another cold night and a bright start, so should be very pleasant later.

Just finished the Monday chores whilst Mrs B is doing the weekly Tesco run. The plumber is arriving shortly to do the annual boiler service so it looks like we'll have to have our walk later. Nothing else planned by who knows what may turn up, we live in hopes...

I am looking forward to the high pressure system which will be moving in on Wednesday. It is expected to be 88 F (31 C)
Very low humidity, so it will be quite pleasant.

Good morning all bright and sunny here in the SW, looks like a good day ahead.

I’m thinking of planting some bedding plants today, will see how the day goes.

Good morning everyone a lovely sunny day.

I did lots of pruning in the garden yesterday of bushy herbs and have a painful back this morning so when I have hung the washing out I am going to have a hot bath before cleaning the windows a good stretching excercise.

I have just ordered my bedding plants from the milkman strange times . They won't arrive till the week of May 11th but look good quality, reasonably priced and with some unusual additions .

Good morning from ‘out in the rural sticks’ to you all!

There is a completely blue, cloudless sky this morning, chilly though. The forecast is for a fine and sunny day. Maximum temperature 17ºC.

A ‘routine’ day today – mundane household chores! Laundry to do and the house to vacuum through. Also maybe the chance to top up my lacking Vitamin D levels in the sunshine!

Another nice sunny spring morning

Thanks to the Lockdown the past few weeks have been fairly uneventful and more or less the same, but there is something interesting happening today

Also thanks to the Lockdown I've hardly driven anywhere, and my car has been left standing for a few days at a time, apart from trips to the supermarket

Twice now the battery has gone flat
I think that if i was doing proper, regular journeys I could have nursed it for the rest of the summer, but it is obviously on its way out

So this morning I'm expecting the AA Battery Assist to come and check things, and fit a new battery
It'll probably be a bit expensive, but at least I'll have the job done - besides, changing the battery on a modern car is a specialist job now

Good morning everybody.

It's a nice sunny day here. I started sorting my wardrobes out yesterday. It was an exhausting job trying every item on and putting them in a keep or discard pile. Will do more of that today.

Also a walk with Tony planned & a workout in my home gym.

I really need more activity I shared Tony's box of birthday chocolates last night and many more to come. I could of course refuse but I haven't got the will power!!

Good morning all. A lovely bright and sunny day ahead. The 6.30am dog walk this morning was wonderful. Bluebells are certainly on the move but not worth photos yet for a few days. Unfortunately a very strong and chilly wind has arrived now and I still have to remove the last few Dandelions. Take care friends but above all, STAY SAFE!
