Friends re-run.

Started watching Friends for the first time in over 20 years a couple of days ago.
I did have the full collection on VHS but I loaned them out and still have not had them returned to me.

Been in stitches, its amazing I thought it would have dated but guess I was wrong.

Here's another one who has never seen a single episode.
I have never really been one for a lot of American humour, I just rarely find anything funny.
I think English and American humour is usually quite different, but that's only my personal view.

Agree with all of that. In fact I'm glad you said it, I thought it was just me.

Re: Friends re-run.

I enjoyed Friends in its heyday, but found most American humour rather
childish ( no offence to our American friends)

I can cope with American humour - just not the way they have to shout at each other all the time. "Everyone Loves Raymond" is another one - why do they all have to shout? I blame Lucille Ball - she screamed all the time and, obviously, started a craze!
