A few words of praise.
Went out with a friend and her hubby this morning. Stopped at the 'The Range' for a coffee - as we were leaving the cafe, via an escalator, her hubby - none too steady on his pins at the best of times - fell full length flat on his back.
Within seconds the escalator was stopped and a First Aid person summoned. Having established nothing was broken and we didn't need an ambulance, she and two male assistants helped M up. He was very embarrassed as the shock of the fall had made him wet himself. She shooed away the onlookers and brought a chair for M to sit and recover his wits - then helped him to complete an accident report. She sent one of the male assistants to fetch a wheelchair, opened a side door for us, walked with us out to the car, and helped settle M into the front passenger seat.
Everything was done so efficiently but with such kindness and compassion for poor M.
T dropped me back at my house and then took M straight on home.
I have sent an email to 'The Range' local manager and their HQ complementing them on their staff.
