Unhealthy inventions.

Here in my humble opinion, are some of the inventions that helped us reach this level of obesity, in some Countries 40% of the population.

1. The motor car.
2. The television.
3. The Computer.
4. The Armchair. In the old Days there was only one, usually reserved for the Grandfather.
5. The mechanized lawnmower.
6. Electric foodmixers and blenders.
7. Online shopping.
8. Remote controls.
9. The Vacuum cleaner.
10. For the more well off, the golf car.

In my case its my butler, valet, cook,chaffeur, and other assorted servants. Memo to self...must stop watching Downton Abbey.

calorie counting ... carbohydrates make fat not calories, which are a proven load of rot anyway
