Inaccessible first-floor Wisbech property for sale for £100
How weird.
No door. A town centre property is going under the hammer for what might seem like the bargain price of £100 - but the only problem is you cannot get into it.
The 12sq m river-view first-floor room, wedged between two properties and suspended over an alleyway is for sale in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.
Hmm ... 16th century, owned by the council. I'd love to see the deeds.

Weird! Makes sense if the person who buys the property next door does get that room as well though, if cheap, if they want to be bothered that is. I think I would, just to find out what's in it, if anything.

I thought that too. It has to be worth £100 to them, unless they are squatters or something. Stick a door in and voila, an en-suite.
