Attachment problem

I can't get into the Forum help or contact us section, tells me I'm not logged in? so I've posted the problem here.
I'm wanting to post a photo, have tried 'manage attachments, click upload' on 3 occasions, with no luck.
Any suggestions please.? Thanks.

Hi Isa. Have you forgotten to click on "save changes" at the bottom?..Just a thought.

Normally, I attach files without thinking but I made a note of how I performed the above:

• When Replying to Thread - Click Go Advanced (if displayed)
  
• Scroll down - Click Manage Attachments
  
• A new "box" will be displayed - "Manage Attachments"
  
• Under 'Upload file from your Computer' - Click Choose File
  
• A new "box" will be displayed - "Open"
  
• Navigate to the required folder/file
  
• Click on the filename and then Click Open
  
• The "Manage Attachments" "box" will be displayed
  
• Under 'Upload file from your Computer' - Click Upload
  
• The "Manage Attachments" "box" will be refreshed
  
• Under 'Current Attachments' the selected file name will be displayed
  
• Scroll down
  
• Click Close This Window
