I received this from B & Q.It doesn't affect me, but showing you in case somebody else has one of these:

These were on sale between 2012 and 2017.

I checked first, Annie, and it was definitely from their email domain. It also had their black & orange logo paper.
Maybe just someone in the office doesn't have the best of grammar.

If this is an official email then standards are certainly slipping! That's a shame Mups and so scary. Can you get a refund? I mean the last thing you expect is a dangerous dishwasher. Many leave it running and go to bed.I like Bosch but so difficult to find a replacement slimline. We have had our bosch slimline for 16 years and it's still chugging along. Terrified to change as who knows what you are getting these days.
