As I said on another thread - enjoy; they'll change the advice next week, as they always seem to do

That is is good news though whether or not the advice changes I don't really care

I love my glass of wine in the evening with my meal and I look forward to it. I would say it contributes to making me calm and content and therefore less stressed which in turn results in less harmful chemicals being released into my body and that has to be a good thing.

don't really like the taste of alcohol, but have some really awful fizzy ( asda) which was made drinkable by a lacing of vodka ( won on a raffle) usually have a fair assortment of spirits and real ales as cooking ingredients
