What Do You Drink To Quench Your Thirst In This Hot Weather?

For me, it is a cup of tea! I find tea very quenching when I’m really thirsty.

Iced tea is nice. Although i also like a regular cuppa.

I'm a diabetic but I love ice cold sweet drinks when it's hot. But I can't drink them So I love iced soda water with lemon and lime squeezed in. It's got sugar but at least it's natural. If I want to walk on the wild side I have an ice cold beer.

Water, it's the only liquid that works in hot weather. I drink coffee too.

Water for me too. A bottle of water kept in the fridge fits the bill nicely.

I used to live on Coke and other fizzy drinks when working in hot weather but have not had one of those in the past four years. I normally struggle to drink water in normal weather but when it's hot I can down a small bottle in one go.

I do like Pellegrino but mostly drink coffee. Just got hooked on the iced coffees too.

I buy loads of bottles of Buxton Sparkling Water from Tesco and stick as many as I can in the fridge.

My office is right at the top of the house and its boiling in here at the moment so already I've had about 4 bottles and still going. My Dyson Air Cooler is on full behind me but its still waaaaay to hot !

Loving it !
