Hi Jean - No I haven't tried it. Sceptic that I am about fad slimming aids I think eating foods containing chillies and curries would be more effective. Even then I don't believe it would make much difference. Ones base metabolism is very hard to shift and I believe regular aerobic exercise is the best approach to do that.

I too am a bit of a sceptic. Don't you think some of the products are very expensive? - I think the only way it might work for me was if I didn't buy any food, but just bought the patches.

Well if that slimming patch works and I put one on I'd disappear. Like the stop-smoking patch it's bound to be just as useless!
