Canby Dahlia Festival

I had fun today driving the Smartie to Canby, Oregon, about 28 miles from my home. They are holding their annual Dahlia Festival the next 3 days. I showed up to a crowd of early morning photographers already there. It was a local camera club. The sun was luscious as it was just an hour or less from sunrise.

These are commercial growers that sell their flowers all over the world. They are as perfect as they can grow them. I could have stayed hours there but I'll settle for 6 good shots. Thanks for looking.

Re: Canby Dahlia Festival

They are lovely photos. Reminds me of my Dad when he had his allotment-he grew Dahlias and entered them into the local flower show. He always won a certificate for his blooms....
