Is'nt this what britain is all about these days Azz, 'I'm alright Jack '. The ME society is full of people who do not care about others as long as they are OK.
The police should walk along the hard shoulder and give them all tickets for illegally parking.

Spot-on Antibrown. It is indeed a perfect example of the UK today, as is parking on the pavement, opposite junctions, inches away from junctions, overtaking on the inside etc. etc.
People in their cars are in their own domain and so they will naturally exhibit all the bad things about society we see today - predominantly selfishness and a near-total lack of respect for others. stevmk2

I guess they are the same people who come right up behind me when I am obeying the speed limit in a contraflow system on the motorway

I watched it all too, the SELFISH PRATS. I hope they are fined and given points. Who is that young chap talking to them? He's got nerves of steel, good for him.

It minda makes you wonder if people do think does it not. I imagine those in emergency lane thougth people were going past them and no one seems to want to be overtaken........let anyone get ahead of them so they joined the lane.

I wonder if this sort of "public journalism" will be the way forward making the public think what they are doing?
