About bloody time he faced up to his crime. It was only a matter of time before he would have been extradited. Hope they bung some extra time on his sentence for trying to evade justice.

Even now putting the blame on the young woman because he allowed her to take control, before it crashed.

Her family had a meeting with the Home Secretary yesterday, so he was probably aware it was better to give himself up to police than continue evading justice.

Did you see how he was smiling when he was entering the building to give himself up?
His smugness, his arrogance and the fact he’s getting £200,000 in Legal Aid, sickens and disgusts me.

It said in my paper today Art, that he got £93,000 of legal aid granted?
Either way, you are right, it is still disgusting.

Re: Speed boat convicted killer

A genuine question;

Apart from the fact that he ran off and apart from his smugness, arrogance and legal aid, how did the court decide that he was guilty of manslaughter and that it wasn't simply an accident? I didn't follow the case so I'm not sure how they came to that conclusion. Did he force her onto the boat or was he guilty of sailing without due care and attention or something?
