Part of a cliff collapsing in Cornwall has been caught on camera by a woman out walking.

It was so fortunate that no-one was was stood on top or right below the cliff.

It certainly puts you off standing on clifftops It appears to be happening to many cliffs lately .... very worrying for those who have property on top of cliffs

That was quite a film capture! It's remarkable how many amazing images we are getting these days now that almost everyone is walking around with a camera.

How frightening, and as you say Mags, thank God no one was underneath or walking along the top.

Do you remember there was a lot of this in Hemsby, Norfolk earlier this year, with some properties being lost because of it.

I wonder what starts it off?

Seems to be happening more and more, we don't seem to be protecting our coastal livers. We really should none of us would like it if it was us.

Coastal defenses used to be common, now they only do it in key areas. Surely you've seen or heard of coastal defenses stopping being funded ?
