Thinking of Eileen Friday

Good morning all.

Late tofday due to a power cut, The United Utilities were doing work in the fields and either cut a cable or dug it up. The power went off late last night and has only just returned.

It is a lot cooler today with a slight breeze blowing in from the Irish Sea. The creatures of mother nature seem to be a lot happier as they are singing loud enough to waken the dead, the local Seagulls are in competition with the local bird community to see who can make the loudest noise.

No plans for today apart from cleaning my study so it is going to be relaxing with a good book or watching the Golf.

Have a great day everyone especially Eileen who needs some good news. Fingers crossed Eileen.

Good morning AB, Meg and all who follow.....

It's a bit cooler than of late but we have gorgeous sunshine and blue skies.

Special thoughts of Eileen today, I hope she gets the result she is hoping for.

Enjoy your day and weekend ahead everyone!

Re: Thinking of Eileen Friday

Nice morning here in Sherwood with all the critters full of the joys, rushing here there and everywhere. How lucky am I to live in such a place....

Pottering around this morning and friends over for coffee this afternoon is all we have planned for today.

Have a good day yourselves and yes, let's wish the best of luck to Eileen with her checkup.....

Good morning all, very cloudy today and it looks like we'll have rain shortly, that will please the Wife, she says the flowers need it. She bought one of those little ornamental wooden wheelbarrows and filled it with all sorts of flowers, looks great, well if it keeps her happy whats a drop of rain.
Enjoy your day Folks.

Re: Thinking of Eileen Friday

God morning all. We have a beautiful day anticipated in the weather forecast. It's time to grab my gear in the new camera bag and drag it around all day to see how it's going to work. If you wait until you need it and don't know how to use it best it can cause problems.

I just picked up my 20"x30" canvas print of "Packy" yesterday from Costco. It turned out fantastic. If I have leftover funds from my vacation I have at least one more 20"x30" canvas I'd like to have done to complete my zoo series on animals. That would give me 4. These are my very favorite shots that I proudly hang on my own apartment walls.

I must stop rambling on and say that I hope your day goes well.

...we desperately need some rain here, the two streams in the field have dried up but we don't need 40 days worth

I have just been out watering the garden, it was supposed to rain here this afternoon but there is no sign of it yet.
