Just a real crappy day

Ive been very ill the past week, and admit to feeling quite sorry for myself

Today however has been pure crap

A very very good friend has just been diagnosed incurable cancer and another friend was killed this morning in a car crash - the car exploded on impact - he was just 21

don't even know why Im posting this, I just feel so totally emotionally wrecked with it all

So sorry to hear of all this. How shocking for the families.

thats very very sad ,awful for all concerned.
Hope you feel better soon ,although it will take a while to get over the loss of your friend.
