Clothing for bigger arms

I keep having to alter Nathans shirts as he splits them at the upper arm. Hes loving going to the gym but I'm having a hard time keeping up with the mending. Anyone know where he can get shirts with a larger circumference round his upper arms ?

Tshirts arent too bad he either buys vests or very short sleeved. But he likes a proper shirt for dates etc.
