Summertime Nears

It was so beautiful today I couldn't help but take a drive in the country. Around here if you want a sunrise photo of a river scene without fog you've got to pick just the right day. I have this favorite River House that I visit all the time and knew this might be a perfect day to return for another photograph. I was right!

I do wish you could travel with me for one weekend to all the beautiful places around me. I think you might have a permanent case of lockjaw from your mouth being draped open for such a long time. It's amazing living here. You can imagine how special a vacation destination must be to compete with this.
